Molding_

Modeling Clay is very easy to manipulate
The mold for the nozzle is a same size diameter as engine tube. In this case a 1.5" X 2.75" sch 40 PVC.
The mold is completely filled with the clay.
And leveled on both sides.
The divergence + throat tool is inserted through one end.
All the way through to the other side.
And as far as it will go with a clockwise movement.
The excess is removed from the other side.
Then the tool is removed completely with a clockwise movement and the divergence and throat portions of the nozzle are done.
The convergence tool is then applied to its respective side.
With a clockwise movement.
And removed.
To clear the throat the divergence tool is carefully reinserted and removed.
And the convergence side is done.

To give it a smooth finish, wet a brush or your finger and go over surfaces. If you don't want to do this now you can always sand later or just leave it as it is.

At this point you need to let it sit for a couple of days so that it can start drying.
